Minibike or Kart Engine Briggs 3HP in Auburn, New York

Briggs and Stratton engine converted to minibike use. Probably 3 HP? The engine is in very good condition - it's the carb that needs attention. It likes to flood when starting. Once started it will run OK. I am replacing it with a bit newer engine.
