15 year old adult male cockatoo in Auburn, New York

mature 15 year old male cockatoo. He is able to be handled somewhat. He likes being pet, will lift his wings up to be scratched under them, loves to take a shower. He is trained to step up on a stick(im sure if you are braver than me you could train him to step up on your arm), He is not like your typical cockatoo he does NOT scream or make any noise. He was abused in the past and has a broken wing that will never be normal. His wings do not need to be clipped as he cannot fly due to the broken wing. He will come with his giant hoop which he loves. does not come with a cage. He is fully feathered, is NOT a plucker. He LOVES to chew on wood, card board boxes. He eats high quality seed mixture, does NOT like pelleted food. Moving and got told we can only have one of our birds this is a hard choice. asking $300 for him.
